Day 27 – Devizes to Hungerford

Our second day on the Kennet & Avon Canal, reached the highest point on the canal at Bruce Tunnel near Burbage...that means it’s downhill all the way to London (doesn’t it?)

Lots of supporters walking with us again today and JJ & Giselle made sure we were royally fed throughout. The likelihood of losing weight is receding.

The petition numbers continue to go up, if you haven’t already, please go to our website, press the “petition” button and sign/share.

The other way you can help us get suicide prevention onto the school curriculum is to email your MP and ask them to back the Early Day Motion proposed by Dr Neil Hudson (Andy’s MP); Neil’s EDM mirrors our petition. The more cross-party support the motion gets the more likely it is to be debated in the House of Commons.

We’re back on the Kennet & Avon Canal tomorrow so, if you live anywhere near, please come out and say hello as we pass by.
