Day 15 The Last Leg

An early start with plenty of supporters saw us arrive at Shouldham at 9.30am. Our arrival in Tim’s home village was covered live on BBC Breakfast with many other media representatives in attendance. The village green was full of people - locals and supporters from across the country.

Not what we expected to see when we set off from Morland 2 weeks ago.

Whilst we’ve been on the walk it appears that our message of hope has struck a chord with very many people. Looks like our intention to get people talking about suicide prevention and PAPYRUS has worked way beyond all expectations.

Thank you to everyone who turned out to welcome us back to Shouldham, thank you to everyone who helped us along our route and a very special thank you to the many people who came out to share with us their stories about losing children to suicide.

Please help us celebrate the young lives lost and honour their families struggling with loss & grief by talking openly to your family about feelings, mental health and suicide prevention. Together we can save lives.
