Day 10 - Kendal to Lancaster

A walk of two halves; the first on the old canal and tow paths which were comfortable underfoot, the second on tarmac...back on the A6.

Fortunately we were joined by people the whole way along the route including more suicide-bereaved parents asking why didn't anyone tell us suicide is the biggest killer of young people in the UK.....

If the biggest risk to a young person's life is them selves, surely we must talk to them about it?
