BBC Breakfast with our Pride of Britain Awards

The great team at BBC Breakfast invited us back to their red sofa, this time with the Pride of Britain Awards we collected on Monday evening.

As well as talking about the weirdly surreal nature of the evening it was an opportunity for us to talk about where we had gotten to with our campaign to make suicide prevention a compulsory part of the school curriculum. See if you can spot the discrete, mild swearing when Andy answered what he thought about the Government’s response to our petition....

We have already written to Gillian Keegan, the new Secretary of State for Education, welcoming her to the role and asking to restart the conversation we began with her in February when she was a minister in the Department of Health. We await her reply.
