Day 3 - Carlops to Innerleithen

A lovely days walking through rolling hills between the Pentland Hills and Tweeddale. We barely saw a soul before Peebles.

This morning Ally & Robbie from Glasgow joined us from the start and walked to Peebles, where they returned to our start point. As we left Peebles we were met by Anne and Pauline who saw us back to the Traquair Arms in Innerleithen. They’ll be back in the morning to walk with us to Hawick (we’re going to start walking at 0800 because the earliest we can have breakfast is 0730).
