Day 21 - Tredegar to Lisvane

Tredegar gave us as big a send-off today as we received as when we arrived. People from the police service, rugby clubs, local council and various charities. We were accompanied by quite a tribe as we made our way to the Rhymney Valley.

More conversations about young people lost to suicide and the same recurring question – if suicide is the biggest killer of young people in the UK why didn’t anyone tell us?
