Day 19 - Kington to Talgarth

Much more gentle than yesterday. A lovely morning's walk with Bill (Sophie's Uncle) and David (a suicide-bereaved dad) - wandering through the wonderful pastoral landscape of Herefordshire.

Lots of powerful conversations.

This afternoon we were welcomed into Gwernyfed RFC - good job we don't get that kind of reception every day or we'd never get anywhere!
