3 Dads Walking 2024 Day 7 - Branton to Longhorsley

Another different day. Bright, blowy and cool. The most rural section of the walk so far meant we didn’t see many people as we went along. Andrew walked with us for the first 8 miles, Graeme for the last 5 so we had quite a few miles with just the 3 of us.

It added up to a rather relaxing day.

We’ve overshot!!!

 That said, we saw many locals in their gardens and land ends. Money was pushed in the bucket and we had plenty of conversations about what we were doing and why. Plenty of 3 Dads Walking cards were given away. These interactions have the potential of saving lives.

We got to Longhorsley just after 4pm, the earliest finish so far.....and relax....
